We are fortunate to have reliable manufacturers and fulfillment centers around the world, which has enabled us to keep our operations running as smooth as it can while following protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have been working with our partners to ensure that your orders are disinfected and safe and will continue to optimize our shipping lead time during this pandemic.
However, some shipments may be delayed depending on the delivery location as some regions may have strict regulations to handle the Covid-19 outbreak. We thank you for your understanding.

When will my order be processed?
We process orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday), unless it's a holiday. Before processing your order, please allow some time for us to verify and validate that your payment successfully went through and all the order details are valid.
Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be processed within the next 1-3 business days and will be in transit within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.
When will I receive my order?
We work with our partners to provide order tracking numbers so you can track your orders in real-time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is in transit, in which you will be able to see your order tracking number.
We partner with manufacturers and artisans around the world to provide you the best prices and product quality. This means your order will be shipped from global regions such as Germany, France, USA, Australia, Tibet, China, India, etc. However, we will ship your order based on geographic proximity and inventory availability in our partners' warehouses.
Once your order has been processed, please allow 6-18 days for deliveries to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada; 8-22 days for deliveries to Australia, and New Zealand, and 12-28 days for deliveries to other international regions (depending on location).
Please note that shipping might be delayed during weekends and holidays.
We guarantee that all our customers' orders will be fulfilled and delivered.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at your country / region, and will be determined by your local customs office.
